Section 28
Transactions that can be carried out by a warehouse
(1) A warehouse may carry on the following transactions:—
(a) Stocking or issuing warrants relating to transactions in the barter market,
(b) Protection of the goods stored in accordance with clause (a) and transfer of such goods after the transaction.
(2) Other arrangements related to the operation of the warehouse shall be as prescribed.
